Tom Holland's Peter Parker fights crime full-time in a world that has forgotten him, and the pressure sparks a transformation he may not have the power to control. Destin Daniel Cretton pits him against a powerful new threat nobody can even see, and at 145 minutes it has room to swing hard. Strong marks too, with 90% on Rotten Tomatoes and 8.0 on IMDb.

Medical courier Bryan gets dragged into a single horrifying night that collapses into chaos, and Zach Cregger keeps the pressure relentless. It is tense, kinetic survival horror that hits hardest on a big screen with the sound cranked, and critics are firmly on board at 96% on Rotten Tomatoes. Move fast if you want it, since it has only a single confirmed screening in the city this week.
